When in Doubt, Pay Electronically

Since October, when the USPS implemented their new standards and expectations, people have experienced much longer delays in the mail service. Most importantly, insurance payments that are sent to this office or directly to the insurance company, and/or mail we send from our office, oftentimes arrive too late.

Moving forward, we recommend planning ahead and allowing more time for the delivery of essential paperwork and checks, especially if there is a deadline or if it is being sent a long distance. To learn more, click here to access the USPS Service Standard Changes.

To ensure your account and payments are still in good standing, we recommend you call our office to make your payments at 401.596.0146.  We can take payments over the phone using most credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks.

You can always visit www.thorptrainer.com, go to the ‘Payments’ tab to view online payment options for our carriers. You will need your login credentials to access your account.
