1 medium banana, peeled and sliced into ¼-inch wheels (~15 pieces)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ cup chocolate chips, melted
1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped


Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and add banana slices. Top each with a spread of peanut butter*. Then, using a spoonful of melted chocolate, spread evenly over the top of each banana slice. Add a sprinkling of chopped peanuts to each. Stash in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen. Transfer to a freezer bag or container to free up space and enjoy whenever you have a Snickers craving!

*If your peanut butter is too stiff, pop it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
